After the American public spent more than five long years being relentlessly assailed with the narrative that Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign [and it’s subsequent presidency] was compromised by Russian agents, not only has the truth emerged about the vicious dirty trick operation launched by the Hillary Clinton team, the September 2020 declassification of CIA briefing notes created in July of 2016 raised very real questions about which campaign it actually was that had Russian agents embedded within it.
But none of those questions were even asked, much less answered at the time by the mainstream press or anyone in either party in Washington DC.

As you can see, all six points in the timeline are fully supported by the documentation that was declassified, even down to the fact it was Hillary Clinton’s chief foreign policy advisor Jake Sullivan that presented her with the plan to target Trump with fake Russia scandals.
How Did The Russians Find Out So Fast?
The one thing everybody avoids discussing for the past two years is exactly how Russian intelligence agents were able to so quickly create a detailed analysis of this key Clinton campaign strategy meeting where the dirty trick operation targeting Trump with fake Russia scandals was presented to her and she approved it.
The one question nobody dares ask is: how did the Russians find out almost instantly what was discussed at this meeting and get an analysis of it created, which allowed the CIA to intercept it and then quickly go brief Obama and members of his NSC about it?
IF that Russian intelligence analysis was real, then that means the Hillary Clinton for President campaign either had a Russian agent embedded at a high level or someone at the highest level of the campaign was unwittingly handing the details to a Russian agent.
“That’s Just More Russian Disinformation!”
The one objection that’s going to be immediately raised when this question comes up of how Russian intelligence got this info so quickly is that the intelligence analysis the CIA intercepted was just Russian propaganda; it wasn’t real. The Hillary Clinton campaign never held a strategy meeting in July of 2016 where Jake Sullivan presented her with a plan to vilify Trump by manufacturing fake Russia scandals. It never happened.
The problem with this objection is that Brennan and the CIA took the Russian intelligence analysis they’d intercepted so seriously that Brennan went to the White House to brief the President and the NSC about it.
And then more than a month later, in September the CIA was still taking the Russian analysis seriously when they sent the investigative referral to both then-FBI Director James Comey and Peter Strzok.
While two years ago back in September/October of 2020 it was pretty darn easy to dismiss the new declassification as just ‘Russian disinformation’, a whole lot more evidence has surfaced since then about the fact that the Clinton campaign did indeed launch a dirty trick operation that targeted the Trump campaign with fake Russia scandals.
If the Russian intel analysis that the CIA intercepted and briefed Obama about is fake, it just so happens it was an amazingly accurate fake.
Two years ago several key facts about the manufacture of the fake Steele Dossier and Alfa Bank hoaxes by Clinton’s private operatives had not yet been made public. For that reason the mainstream press had to expend little effort in simply dismissing the Ratcliffe declassification as ‘mere Russian disinformation’.

Democratic judge in Texas border county implores Biden to visit before suspending Title 42
“As a public servant in a border community, I must implore you to visit our region before the existing Order is suspended," judge wrote the president.
Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez on Wednesday invited President Joe Biden to visit his county, imploring him to do so before making “any substantial changes to current border policy.”
The county announced the letter to the president in a news release to the local community, stating, “As May 23 deadline to end Title 42 approaches, Judge Cortez sent President Joe Biden a letter inviting him to Hidalgo County before Administration ‘makes any substantial changes to current border policy.’”
The county was particularly impacted by the coronavirus, Cortez argues, with its healthcare facilities operating at maximum capacity and frontline medical workers working tirelessly for the past two years. Ending Title 42 would create an unsustainable burden for citizens and taxpayers living in the county, and the region, he argues.
On April 1, the CDC announced it was ending the public health authority, citing available treatments for the coronavirus as justification. It said, the “Order suspending the right to introduce migrants into the United States is no longer necessary.”
Multiple states sued and last week a judge issued a temporary restraining order, blocking the administration from halting the policy.
However, the county is bracing to potentially be inundated by several hundred thousand people waiting in Mexico who are initially expected to enter once Title 42 is lifted if it isn’t permanently halted by a judge.
“As a public servant in a border community,” Cortez wrote the president, “I must implore you to visit our region before the existing Order is suspended.”
“While the final impact of migrants entering the United States is shared across the entirety of our great nation, the initial impact is limited to border communities such as ours,” he said. “We bear the responsibility of welcoming, treating, and caring for these migrants even as we struggle to care for the less fortunate in our community.
“If we continue on the current path that ceases enforcement of the current order, the negative consequences are expected to be real and immediate for American Citizens living in border communities across the Southwest,” he warned.
Cortez, a Democrat, is running for reelection in a Texas border community that’s been inundated with crime and violence stemming from cartel violence and trafficking. The largest city in the county is McAllen; Edinburgh is the county seat.
Those entering Texas illegally through Mexico, often through McAllen, primarily head north on highway 281 through Edinburgh to Houston or San Antonio.
The county, Cortez said, “is situated at unique crossroads of national security and economic considerations. We are the frontlines in the physical safety and security of this State and Country while simultaneously serving as the key thoroughfare for agricultural commodities.”
Roughly 880,000 people live in the 1,500 square mile county. The majority, 92.5%, are Hispanic; 23.9% live at the poverty level, according to most recent Census data.
While the residents have traditionally voted Democratic over the last few decades, in the 2020 Election, voters significantly shifted right. Republican votes for Donald Trump increased from 27.9% in 2016 to 41% in 2020.

Ohio GOP senatorial nominee J.D. Vance "went from like fourth or fifth to first, and so the power of the Trump endorsement is real," said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).
Reacting to the GOP primary election results on Tuesday evening, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) predicted that former President Donald Trump would win the GOP nomination in 2024 if he runs for president again.
Ohio Senate candidate J.D. Vance will face Rep. Tim Ryan, who won the Democratic Ohio Senate primary on Tuesday. Trump had endorsed Vance in a crowded field of candidates running in the GOP primary.
"He's the 800-pound gorilla in the room, right?" Graham said during an interview for the "Just the News, Not Noise" television program. "I mean, he's the most consequential Republican. He has a lot of support in the Republican Party. If he runs for president 2024, I think he'll win the Republican primary. I don't think anybody can challenge him effectively. His record as president was very consequential, if you're a conservative. So his endorsement was outcome determinative for J.D. He was in a crowded field of talented people."

Maryland Republican Gov. Larry Hogan, a potential 2024 GOP presidential candidate, wants to see the Republican Party move on from Trump.
"I don't think he should run," he said. "It'd be better for the party if we moved on and looked toward the future."
A scenario where pro-Trump 2024 hopefuls are all competing to attract the same conservatives voters in primaries could leave a lane open for a Hogan-type moderate Republican. Hogan said most of the potential 2024 would be "fishing in the same pond" of voters.
"We don't need Donald Trump and we don't need somebody that's a cheap impersonation of Donald Trump," said Hogan.
"His ego wouldn't take losing another election," Hogan also said. "And I think he's not getting any younger."
Graham, ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee and former chairman of the Judiciary Committee, was also asked if some Democrats are overplaying their hands with average Americans by opposing voter ID and signature verification for absentee ballots as well as supporting non-citizens voting in certain areas like New York City.
"There's been an assault on institutions for the last couple of years to get outcomes," he replied. "When the election doesn't go your way for Democrats, they want to federalize elections. So we have legislation in the Senate that would institute same-day voting, would basically legalize ballot harvesting, would give federal authority to run elections, take it from the states, which I think is a violation of the Constitution.
"They want to expand the number of judges on the Supreme Court because it's conservative. It's conservative because we won elections, and we picked judges that were conservative. [Court packing] would destroy the court. They want to abolish the Electoral College because it stands in the way of getting the right answer, which is for Democrats to win all the time."
Graham argued that the Supreme Court is "another example of people destroying institutions to get an outcome."
Democrats "want to make sure Roe v. Wade stays the law of the land, and they'll do anything necessary to make that happen," Graham said, referring to the leak of the Roe v. Wade draft opinion.
Graham predicted that the Democrats are going to again attempt to alter the filibuster rules of the Senate as a result of the controversy over the leaked opinion.
"The Democrats are going to try to change the rules of the Senate in light of the Roe v Wade draft," he said. "I hope Sinema and Manchin will hold. They will take another shot at changing the rules of the Senate to make it so … they can pass their agenda with 50 votes alone.
"That's a threat to the future of the United States Senate that undercuts the checks and balances we have. So I think the Republican base wants us to fight the radical agenda and to talk about things that will help improve the life of average everyday Americans. That's why we need a contract with America, American first agenda."

Stacey Abrams-tied loan firm shifted its liabilities to U.S. taxpayers, and it paid off handsomely
Once portrayed as person of modest means, Georgia activist now a millionaire who earned $300k from loan business in single year, ethics disclosure shows.
Stacey Abrams' net worth skyrocketed over 2,800% in just three years thanks in part to her holdings in a company called Now Corp. (previously called NowAccount or "Now"), a Government Accountability Institute study has found.
In 2018, Abrams reported a net worth of just $109,000 in her personal financial disclosure ahead of her failed 2018 gubernatorial bid in Georgia. Now, as she heads into the 2022 gubernatorial race, Abrams' campaign filings show her net worth is more than $3.17 million after making more than $6 million in book advances, speaking deals and growing corporate investments like NowAccount.
Abrams cofounded the NowAccount financial technology ("fintech") start-up in 2010 with business partners Lara Hodgson and John Hayes. Their business got off to a slow start, but NowAccount was able to pay Abrams $80,000 in salary in her first year as senior vice president and $60,000 per year in subsequent years.
In 2013, Abrams' fintech company pulled in just $100,000 in annual revenue, but thanks to a federal small business loan program overseen by the state of Georgia, NowAccount would soon have the power to distribute nearly $10 million in taxpayer funds to its network of applicants. By 2016, NowAccount's applicants were defaulting on their loans, and taxpayers were left to bail out more than $1.5 million in bad loans.
In 2018, the year Abrams ran for Georgia governor the first time, NowAccount paid her nearly $300,000—a dramatic increase—her financial disclosure shows.
NowAccount's value spiked in October 2021 after a $29 million financing and investment deal that the company made with two private equity firms. Abrams, who has owned as much as 16% of NowAccount, announced her 2022 bid for governor on Dec. 1 — less than eight weeks after the $29 million windfall.
Abrams was the minority leader of the Georgia House from 2011 until she resigned ahead of her 2018 run for governor. The fact that her business got federally backed state contracts while she held high-level positions in the state Legislature drew sharp criticism during her first gubernatorial campaign in 2018. Abrams told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that she "played no role in securing the state contracts" for NowAccount and that she "scrupulously avoided conflicts of interest," the outlet reported in 2018.
The decision to apply for taxpayer funding under the 2010 Jobs Act was Abrams' idea. "I read the Jobs Act," Abrams said. "I brought the provision to" NowAccount's cofounders. Abrams was aware that her role as minority leader of the Georgia House might pose a conflict so she "talked about it" with her cofounders and said, "Here's what we can do," but she emphasized that she "did not want there to be any conflict at all."
One of the firms associated with Abrams' NowAccount was Happy Faces Personnel Group, Inc. Happy Faces was the election night staffing firm hired to scan and count ballots in Atlanta's Fulton County on election night, Nov. 3, 2020.
According to a devastating 29-page witness report by election observer Carter Jones, Happy Faces presided over a "massive chain of custody problem" when absentee ballots came "in rolling bins 2k at a time" rather than "in numbered, sealed boxes to protect [the ballots]."
Hired by the Georgia Secretary of State's office to report on any voting or counting irregularities, Jones was shocked when he found out that one Happy Faces employee revealed his election night intention to "f-ck sh-t up."
Happy Faces has denied consummating any financial relationship with the company cofounded by Abrams, but financial records indicate that NowAccount was listed as a "secured party" for Happy Faces.
>The Jobs Act program was administered in the state by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA). A spokesperson for DCA claims there were public hearings and the agency sought input from professionals "who could help deploy the federal funds to small businesses."
"At no time did Stacey Abrams participate in any meetings or discussions with DCA about NowAccount," according to the DCA. Nonetheless, NowAccount was apparently the only private lender that "showed interest," and the company was specifically named in the Georgia application for U.S. Treasury Department funds.
The state of Georgia ultimately received $48 million from the federal program, which included $10 million for credit guarantees. NowAccount's network of applicants received $9.1 million, or 90% of those funds.
By 2016, the DCA was growing frustrated with the Now Account contract, which restricted the DCA to a five-day approval window after which the loans would be approved automatically. The DCA's deputy director met with Abrams' and Hodgson's cofounder, John Hayes, regarding the DCA's growing backlog of applications from Now Accounts clients.
"While our backlog is unacceptable, it is still necessary that we approve the loans they make," the DCA deputy wrote in an email, noting that Hayes "sees things differently and acts entitled to these funds, which may play an important role in the business model." According to the DCA deputy, Hayes "advanced several challenging points of view, as well as threats to engage the legislature, his high-profile board, and his attorneys."
The DCA deputy even invoked Stacey Abrams' name in a warning to his colleagues about the Now Account "headache," stating that they "should be aware that Stacey Abrams is a co-founder and SVP in the company. (I expect she is smart enough not to weigh in, but John [Hayes] is otherwise well-connected)." Now Account appeared to have political sway only in Georgia, which may be why, according to Abrams' cofounder, they "were never successful in getting other states to adopt a Georgia-like program."
Other DCA emails and public records show that Abrams' company was recommending ineligible companies for loans, including at least one company that had multiple tax liens and an open court judgment. "This loan is a classic example of files we received that are incomplete," one DCA email says. "You can see that once the business owner was asked for proof of payment, he withdrew the loan." The DCA "spent valuable time with research and internal documentation on a loan that was obviously not eligible to begin with."
Given just five days to approve or deny the loans to Now Account's applicants, the DCA understandably made loans to companies that could not pay them back, and taxpayers were left holding the bag. All told, the total losses incurred by Abrams' Now Account network exceed $1.5 million.
When news broke that taxpayers had bailed out Now's clients, Abrams went into damage control mode and claimed that she had "walled myself off" from NowAccount's operations. Abrams' name is suspiciously absent from the "About Us" tab which describes the beginnings of the company (Abrams was previously listed as Senior Vice President but her name was removed sometime before June 20, 2016).
GAI's investigation has found that rather than "wall [herself] off," Abrams was actually an integral part of the plan to use the federal program to benefit NOW (which Abrams previously admitted).
When Abrams first ran for governor in 2018, she had a small retirement account of less than $5,000 and a mountain of IRS tax debt, student loans, and credit card debt. Now, she has paid off all her debts, has a large retirement nest egg of more than $725,000 in stocks and bonds, and more than $3 million in personal net worth.

The Supreme Court Leaker Should Be Prosecuted For Federal Crimes

The recent leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion involving the likely reversal of Roe v. Wade is most certainly a crime. Indeed, it’s several crimes. Those who claim otherwise are validating their ignorance of the law or their political bias. Maybe both.
Let’s begin with the crime of theft. It’s a felony to “embezzle, steal or purloin” government property and convert it to your own use or the use of someone else (18 USC 641). The property or record must have value, but courts have consistently ruled that information is valuable. One only needs to look at the resulting protests and ugly discourse to understand that concept.
It’s far more than a breach of trust. It is the commission of crimes.
Then there is the crime of obstruction. Anyone who corruptly attempts to exert undue influence or “impede the due and proper administration of law in a pending proceeding” before a federal court is guilty of obstruction (18 USC 1505). If it can be shown that the leaker’s intent was to gin up public outrage to affect the Supreme Court’s final decision, then the requirements of the criminal statute have been met.
This also has the dirty fingerprints of a conspiracy to defraud the government (18 USC 371). This broad statute and the controlling cases that interpret it makes it a crime to “conspire for the purpose of impairing, obstructing or defeating the lawful function of any department of government” (Hass v. Henkel, 216 U.S. 462). Here, the Supreme Court has a lawful right and duty to render decisions and opinions. Any attempt to interfere is fraudulent. The term “defraud” is defined as “cheating the government out of its property, but also obstructing its lawful functions by deceit” (Hammerschmidt v. United States, 265 U.S. 182).
Finally, the crime of computer fraud comes into play. Even if a person has authorized access to a computer containing a government record, it does not permit him or her to share it with others who do not have authorization. Therefore, if a computer was used in some way to either download and/or transmit the draft opinion to someone outside the Supreme Court, the government employee is guilty of “exceeding authorized access” and for a purpose not permitted (18 USC 1030).US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts

The leaker is surely a government employee who does not own the written opinion of the high court. The employee is not free to do with it as he or she pleases. It is the sole property of the government. The U.S. Supreme Court has strict rules that govern the limited access, handling, and confidentiality of the material. Only the court itself can dictate the dissemination of an opinion to the general public. The law exists to protect those rules with criminal prosecution, if necessary. That law should be deployed aggressively.
Chief Justice John Roberts has directed the Marshal of the Supreme Court to investigate. This is a strong and appropriate move, but it’s not enough. The full force of the FBI must be brought to bear, and a grand jury with subpoena power should be convened to haul in potential suspects to testify. Lying under oath would constitute the additional crime of perjury.
Roberts was correct to call this “a betrayal of the confidences of the court intended to undermine the integrity of our operations.” But it’s far more than a breach of trust. It is the commission of crimes.
