A Florida man is accused of making a sex video with a child.
The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said the investigation began last May when that video started circulating through an elementary school.
Investigators said the video showed the suspect, 21-year-old Dyllan Lemoine, involved with a female child.
The sheriff's office said Lemoine, of Bunnell, confessed to the illegal behavior.
"It is sickening that he would take advantage of this child and steal her innocence from her childhood and think it was okay," said Sheriff Rick Staly. "But we won’t tolerate it in Flagler County! I hope he is put away for a long time so that he can never hurt another child again.”
Lemoine is facing charges of lewd and lascivious battery with a victim over 12 and less than 16 years of age. He's behind bars on a $125,000 bond.
