"Governor's" Island?

The cement house is on Governor's Island NY harbor

That's a strange place; not only for what went on there on Sept. 11th 2001; Smoke curled off from there and it was completely close at the time. Everybody was moved off the island afterward [military] and it was created a Park for the public, But NYC officials and others would use it for Private Partties.

Check the creepy ad the put up there for when you walk in? What is that? Unless you know S and M you might not understand it? Why in an allegely public park.

Is that cement building somehow tied with the cement co. everyone is writing about [sorry I can't keep up]
