My Theory:

Blackout Necessary= Q could not take the chance to post on the Board again until the upgrades were made to 8Chan. Hence his 11 day blackout & 8Chans blackout yesterday was necessary for the mission to continue.

You can bet the upgrades will be sufficient for the big drops coming….June is going to be a BOOMing Month!
