Michigan State Police seizes voting machine in 2020 investigation

 

State police raided a western Michigan township as part of an investigation into reports of unauthorized access to voting machines after the 2020 election.

 

One tabulator was seized in Irving Township on Friday, Barry County Clerk Pamela Palmer told CNN. Michigan State Police Lt. Derrick Carroll told WOOD-TV, an NBC affiliate, that the alleged breach had no effect on the 2020 election results. Palmer insisted the same.

2nd person arrested in voter fraud investigation at Alachua County jail; bail set at $75K

 

A second person accused of voter fraud while incarcerated at the Alachua County Jail in 2020 is back behind bars after being officially charged in the case in late March.

 

Leroy James Ross, 63, was booked Tuesday on two counts of providing false voter information and one count of election fraud.

 

Ross, who has eight prior felony convictions, had bail set by Judge James Colaw at $25,000 for each count, for a total of $75,000.

 

Ross is accused of providing false voter registration information on or about Feb. 19 and Feb. 28, as well as knowingly voting in an election between Oct. 19 and Nov. 3, 2020, even though he is not eligible to vote, according to a charging document filed with the Eighth Judicial Circuit by the State Attorney's Office.

Maricopa County Officials Send Out Scornful Letter In Response To Arizona Attorney General’s 2020 Election Audit ‘Interim Report’ – Ask County Attorney To Take Action

 

On Tuesday, The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and County Recorder Stephen Richer sent a pretentious and scornful letter to the Arizona Attorney General attacking his Maricopa County 2020 election audit “interim report.”

 

The County accused Attorney General Mark Brnovich of “playing politics,” misrepresenting facts, and abusing his legal authority.

 

nvestigating criminals in government is not playing politics. Maricopa County continues to gaslight and play the victim.

 

After a special meeting on Monday, County officials issued their nine-page denial of Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s report that found “system-wide issues” in the early voting system. “The EIU’s review has uncovered instances of election fraud by individuals who have been or will be prosecuted for various elections crimes,” the report stated.
