Russian Ministry of Defence confirms that the humanitarian operation for the evacuation of civilians from Azovstal has been brought to a successful conclusion as a result of unprecedented measures implement by Russian forces and with the participation of the United Nations and the International Red Cross Committee.
Sergey Volynsky (“Volyna”), the soon-to-be-cannibalized self-appointed commander of the remnants of the Ukrainian 36th Naval Infantry Brigade has published his final declaration from the catacombs of Azovstal, where he is hiding with the soon-to-be-cannibalizing deputy commander of Azov (Ukrainian neo-Nazi National Guard regiment), “Kalyna”:
1—It’s as if I find myself in some nightmarish reality show, where we—the soldiers—are fighting for our lives, using every opportunity for salvation, while the rest of the world simply [watches an episode from the latest thriller]. We are not made-up characters! This is real life! The pain, the suffering, the hunger, the torments, the tears, the fear, death—they are all real!
2—I am astonished by human cynicism. There are generally accepted rules, but they do not operate! What are they for then?
3—A military man never stops hoping that a solution will be found to save the soldiers.
4—The price of the last evacuation—3 dead and 6 wounded soldiers. We are asking that utmost efforts be made to evacuate the military.
