Formula 'shortage' implies they ran out, not the truth. that shit is gone, not being backfilled or restocked.
Like everything else that has ghosted. meat and food processing (some want to believe it is cleaning out all the 'bad'…), chips, fertilizer, raw materials, etc etc.
