I think we maybe overlooking one major factor:
Are we under martial law?
If we are not, then mules are innocent until proven guilty, which is an uphill battle at best due to incumbent Soros prosecutors in those areas.
If we are. then the mules must prove their innocents in front of a military court. Which means if you deposited 5 votes, you better have 5 iron side immediate family members in your household that weren't recorded voting elsewhere. This would be fish in barrel.
