There is a back tax thing attached to it also. That would determine what I did with it, if I do decide to do it. I am doing something on this next burst just not sure what. I have to get another house for more than one reason. I need to replace the one I'm in now before maintenance eats up the cost of another house on me. Right now I can't do shit. I'm stuck with going $20,000 on a new roof and that is a fuckton of money to throw after worthless manufactured house that is too old to get a loan on anymore.
