Mules had to film their crime of stuffing the ballot box with their phone to get paid. Geotracking data from their phones were used to track their movements plus they have their crimes on state owned video at the ballot boxes themselves. It's as if their paymasters were setting them up for the fall, but it was probably done unknowingly.
And our brilliant intelligence agencies didn't know this data could be used this way? None of the 17 IA agencies knew? Not one person in those agencies? This stinks to high, high heaven!
