Maybe I'm being simplistic but the WHO plans are clearly in violation of our Constitution (as are a number of Fed so called "public health" guidelines) and I don't see why States can't just refuse to accept them.
WHO needs to go away as does Bill gates and all the other bio-criminals BTW.
