Antifa “Journalist” Arrested After Vandalizing, Setting Fire To Synagogues, Mosque

In Portland (of course), deranged leftists have long blamed phantom “white supremacists” for causing trouble in the city, fearing that neo-nazis are lurking around every corner, just waiting to strike. Well, apparently these “white supremacists” are so inactive that deranged leftists themselves have to commit the crimes that “white supremacists” would otherwise be committing.

The latest case in point involves a particular individual suspected of committing various acts of arson against various places of worship in the Portland area. Pro-antifa “journalist” Mike Bivins has been arrested for allegedly vandalizing and setting fire to two Synagogues and a Mosque, even attempting to burn people alive as they were inside the Mosque.

A suspect has been arrested in connection with these arson and vandalism cases at houses of worship.

Michael E. Bivins, 34, of Portland was booked this morning into the Multnomah County Detention Center on the following cases and charges:

Charge: Criminal Mischief in the First Degree

22-680557 May 2nd, 2022 – Congregation Beth Israel 1972 NW Flanders – Graffiti on Synagogue

Charge: Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree

22-118101 May 3rd, 2022 – Muslim Community Center of Portland – Fire to occupied Mosque

Charge: Arson in the First Degree (Measure 11)

22-801609 May 4th, 2022 – Congregation Beth Israel 1972 NW Flanders – Large rock thrown through library window

Charge: Criminal Mischief in the First Degree

Bivins was arrested with the assistance of the Beaverton Police Department after he visited a television news station where he demanded to speak to a reporter. A Beaverton Police Detective followed up, coordinated with Portland Police, and Bivins was taken into custody. The Portland Police Bureau is grateful to the Portland Fire & Rescue Investigation Unit, the Beaverton Police Department, and KPTV staff for their assistance and collaboration in this case.

Additional investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible. PPB detectives have also been in contact with federal authorities regarding these cases. FDA: Americans Should Treat COVID-19 Like the Flu

Several top Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials, including Commissioner Robert Califf, admitted that Americans will now have to accept COVID-19 as another respiratory virus, comparing it to influenza.

FDA Commissioner Robert Califf, Principal Deputy Commissioner Janet Woodcock, and top vaccine official Dr. Peterk Marks wrote for the Journal of the American Medical Association that COVID-19 will be around for the foreseeable future while suggesting that it will require yearly vaccines targeting the most threatening variations of the virus.

“Widespread vaccine- and infection-induced immunity, combined with the availability of effective therapeutics, could blunt the effects of future outbreaks,” the officials said, referring to another name for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. “Nonetheless, it is time to accept that the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, is the new normal.”

The virus “will likely circulate globally for the foreseeable future, taking its place alongside other common respiratory viruses such as influenza. And it likely will require similar annual consideration for vaccine composition updates in consultation with the [FDA],” they continued.

It’s a departure from the rhetoric that was expressed by public health officials in 2020 and 2021. In late October 2020, for example, current White House COVID-19 adviser Anthony Fauci said that President Donald Trump’s comparisons to the flu were false, telling NBC at the time “it is not correct to say it’s the same as flu.”

About a year later, Fauci told CBS News in December 2021 that Americans will “likely” have to deal with COVID-19 in a similar manner as influenza. “That’s entirely conceivable and likely, as a matter of fact, we are not going to be in a situation of this degree of intensity indefinitely,” he said when asked about the Omicron variant.

Data published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that while cases have trended slightly upward in the United States, the numbers are a fraction of the cases that were reported in mid-January when the seven-day average stood at around 800,000 per day. As of May 6, the seven-day average was about 68,000 per day.

In the Journal of the American Medical Association article, the three FDA officials proclaimed that by the summer of 2022, decisions will have to be issued “about who should be eligible for vaccination with additional boosters and regarding vaccine composition.”

“Administering additional COVID-19 vaccine doses to appropriate individuals this fall around the time of the usual influenza vaccine campaign has the potential to protect susceptible individuals against hospitalization and death, and therefore will be a topic for FDA consideration,” they added.

• For perspective, Bowery Farming’s new facility in Arlington, TX will be able to serve 16 million people in a 200-mile radius. This is only one of dozens of vertical farming companies with massive facilities across the country, backed by big investors.

• AeroFarms, who has the largest indoor vertical farming facility in the world, co-developed the first CRISPR-Cas9 gene-edited produce product, now hundreds are following, while National Geographic believes that gene editing is the next food revolution. AeroFarms also worked on an NIH sponsored trial to produce proteins for the Covid jabs.

• The University of California is developing a plant-based mRNA vaccine in the hopes that farms can grow edible vaccine heads of lettuce.

• Monsanto/Bayer is creating gene edited seeds for vertical farm companies, while Bill Gates, the Rockefeller and Ford Foundations, and the World Bank control 10% of the world’s germplasms and hold some of the world’s largest seed banks. Bayer and BASF, two of the world’s largest suppliers of seed, are both involved with the vertical farm industry.

• The USDA and FDA have already approved lab grown meat, genetically modified cattle, and are funding the globalists to research and develop cellular agriculture as well as indoor growers and genetics companies, while they slack on regulations for gene-edited produce.

• Well over a dozen major food processing and meat plants have coincidentally gone up in flames in the past several months.

• Union Pacific is mandating railroad shipping reductions by 20%, impacting CF Industries Holdings, the world’s largest fertilizer company. Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street happen to be the top shareholders of Union Pacific, and BlackRock and Vanguard are in the top 3 shareholders of CF Industries Holdings.

When NYC’s Jewish museum bans DeSantis, it sends a clear message to all Jews

History shows us that forced ideological conformity never ends well for Jews, but liberal Jewish institutions keep wanting to give it another go.

In a Wall Street Journal piece, Elliott Abrams and Eric Cohen, respectively chairman and CEO of Tikvah and co-chairmen of the Jewish Leadership Conference, reveal that Manhattan’s Museum of Jewish Heritage canceled a planned JLC event because Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was an invited speaker.

Write Abrams and Cohen: “We were working closely with the museum on the details for the June 12 event — until, out of the blue, we were told by the museum staff that Mr. DeSantis didn’t ‘align with the museum’s values and its message of inclusivity.’ Either we disinvite the governor, they said, or our event was unwelcome.”

The museum gingerly pushed back. On its Twitter account it said this wasn’t a “free speech or censorship issue” but “simply a contractual and logistical decision,” which doesn’t actually contradict what Abrams and Cohen are alleging.

Yes, the museum made the “contractual and logistical decision” to deny rental space to Tikvah, an organization that has hosted many events at the museum, because DeSantis was to be a speaker. It’s not a “free speech or censorship issue” since that implies government is stopping the speech, and that is clearly not happening here.

Thinking it’s smarter than everyone else, the museum added a carefully worded tweet saying, “We welcome Governor DeSantis and elected officials from across the spectrum to visit the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust for a tour of our new exhibition, The Holocaust: What Hate Can Do, when it opens this summer.”

So it won’t block the door if DeSantis buys a ticket for a tour, but no one is welcome to host the governor for an event at the museum. Got it.

Abrams and Cohen write that they chose DeSantis because a “remarkable Jewish renaissance is under way in Florida.”

It is. Our family is part of that renaissance. We moved from New York to Florida in January in large part because of the governor’s leadership. COVID policies were at the forefront of our decision, but DeSantis fighting woke nonsense in schools and putting parental rights at the top of his agenda have also been positive.

Saying I’m going to do it because Biden’s corrupt and I know he’s corrupt because look what Hunter was up to.”

Heavy rain and flash flooding will smash parts of Australia for the next nine days, with some regions expected to receive up to 10 times their average monthly rainfall.

Police are warning people to avoid unnecessary travel, including for holidays or work, with the downpours expected to begin in Queensland from Tuesday.

Most of the rain will be dumped along a 700km stretch of coastline from Townsville to Rockhampton and inland to Longreach and Winton.

The central, central interior and central coast are all set to receive 10 times their monthly average, while the interior and southeast are tipped to get an average month's worth of rainfall.

The wet weather will spill over into NSW with rain forecast for parts of the state until Sunday.
