this betty Boop animation featured a sound track by Cab Calloway. It was inducted into a film preservation as a point of American art form. I forget the name of the clown, but Betty was introduced in this film IIRC. Think of these cartoons as primitive music videos. Cartoons didnt get good until Bugs Bunny.
