So the cartoon from the 4POG commercial is a Betty Boop short film called "Snow White", as mentioned previously.
A few other things of note:
>Betty Boop calls the mirror the "looking glass" at 1:47 in the link below.
>The ghost character is named "Koko the Clown". In the video, he is exposed by the looking glass.
Possible to read this as the something to do with Snow White computers, Project Looking Glass, and Mil PSYOPS/INTEL actively fighting the Clowns.
