In the shadow of the Ukraine war, the WHO is preparing – unnoticed by the public – an “international agreement on the prevention and control of pandemics” binding under international law.

The negotiations in Geneva have already begun. Originally, the “transfer of power” was planned for 1 May 2022, i. e. all 194 member states of the WHO would then be forced to implement the measures decided by the WHO, such as lockdowns or general compulsory vaccination.

However, a new memorandum from Concilium Europa, dated 3 March 2022, has delayed the process considerably.

Meanwhile, a working draft of this new WHO “World Government Agreement” is planned to be ready for further internal negotiations on 1 August 2022. See this.

Council gives green light to start negotiations on international pandemic treaty

On 3 March 2022, the Council adopted a decision to authorise the opening of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

The intergovernmental negotiating body, tasked with drafting and negotiating this international instrument, will hold its next meeting by 1 August 2022, to discuss progress on a working draft. It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024.

According to the “Council of the European Union”, the official justification for this undertaking, which the WHO considers necessary, is the pretext that the international community must be even better prepared for possible future pandemics and their coordinated control (2). According to “Epochtimes” of 5 March, the EU as well as private actors such as the Rockefeller Foundation and Bill Gates seem to be the source of ideas (3). In view of the pandemic experiences of the past two years, this is an indication of what the world can expect.

The basis of the agreement is Article 19 of the WHO Statutes. This states that the WHO General Assembly can adopt agreements binding on all member states by a two-thirds majority. Nation states can then no longer decide sovereignly which pandemic control measures they want to introduce.

The Gateway Pundit searched other videos from the event. What we can confirm is two girls were walking together and chanting during the protest outside of Roberts’ home.

They were seen walking together.

They can be seen here in this video.

We are not saying the girls are demons. We are reporting a demon-like image appears in the screengrab. In fact, the demon looks nothing like the female protester in the video. So how do you explain this?

So what happened? What transformed one of the women during that instant?

Ghislaine Maxwell’s Sentence Reduced, Judge Points to ‘Repetitive’ Nature of Guilty Counts

After losing her fight to have her convictions overturned for her role in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, but at least getting 10 years knocked off her potential maximum sentence, Ghislaine Maxwell was moved out of solitary confinement last week.

Now, she can receive visits from family and friends while awaiting a sentence that could put her behind bars for the rest of her life.

Maxwell has been in solitary since her arrest in July 2020, according to the New York Post.

“She finally has access to things she has not had for almost two years, starting with human company,” her brother, Ian Maxwell, told the U.K. Telegraph. “The prison guards were told not to talk to her.

“She has had no human interaction. She has had no human company.”

As the Post reported, Maxwell was kept in high security because of the fate of Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender Maxwell aided in sexually abusing underage girls. Epstein died in what was officially ruled a suicide in a federal jail cell in 2019.

The human interaction could be small comfort for Maxwell as she awaits a June 28 sentencing for her convictions on sex trafficking and other charges.

Maxwell, 60, faces prison time of up to 55 years, the Post reported.

Bad as that is for Maxwell, she could have faced even more time. However, on April 29, the federal judge who turned down Maxwell’s bid to have her convictions overturned also tossed two of three conspiracy convictions against her, ruling they were “repetitive.”

That reduced her potential prison time by 10 years, according to ABC News.

In that ruling, however, U.S. District Court Judge Alison Nathan made it clear that Maxwell’s attempt to have all the guilty verdicts against her overturned did not have a legal leg to stand on.

“[T]he jury’s guilty verdicts were readily supported by the extensive witness testimony and documentary evidence admitted at trial,” the ruling stated.

“Further, those counts of conviction matched the core of criminality charged in the Indictment, presented by the Government at trial, and on which the jury was accurately instructed.

“[T]he Defendant simply asserts that the Court should ‘enter a judgment of acquittal as to all counts under Rule 29 . . . because the government failed to prove each element of the charges beyond a reasonable doubt,’” the ruling stated, adding, “The Court disagrees.”

In the ruling, Nathan said that Maxwell’s attorney had a point that some counts overlapped and said that despite involving different victims, they were part of the same overall conspiracy.

“The overarching conspiracy—which, as the Government argued and proved at trial, employed a single ‘playbook’ to groom and sexually abuse underage girls—constitutes a single conspiracy offense with multiple victims,” the ruling stated.

Maxwell was convicted of helping Epstein, a convicted sex offender, sexually exploit and abuse girls.

Maxwell’s lawyers argued that the prosecution was simply using Maxwell as a scapegoat for Epstein, since he died in jail in 2019 before he went to trial on sex trafficking charges.

Maxwell’s defense also said the accusers’ memories had been corrupted over the decades and that the women only testified against Maxwell because they thought cooperating with prosecutors would help the claims they made to a victims’ compensation fund that is run by Epstein’s estate, U.S. News reported.

Taiwan reveals why it sanctioned Russia

The island’s foreign minister wants the West to punish Beijing if it attacks his territory

Taiwanese Foreign Minister Joseph Wu hopes the world will impose sanctions on Beijing if it attacks Taipei, similar to those faced by Moscow over its offensive in Ukraine. China stated that it would not be intimidated by talks about sanctions and isolation, warning against ‘copy-pasting’ the Ukraine crisis onto the Asia Pacific.

On Friday, the Taiwanese Foreign Ministry, which had previously joined Western countries in sanctioning Russia, announced restrictive measures against Belarus. Speaking to reporters the following day, Wu admitted that there are almost no trade ties between Taiwan and these countries, so the move is purely symbolic.

“If we are threatened or invaded by force from China in the future, we also hope that the international community will understand Taiwan, support Taiwan, and sanction this kind of aggressive behavior. Therefore, Taiwan stands with the international community and takes these actions,” the minister explained.

The Taiwanese minister’s remarks came the day after Beijing warned the US and its partners that it would not be intimidated by threats.

Chinese Foreign Vice-Minister Le Yucheng included a “word of caution” for Taiwan in his speech at the ‘Seeking Peace and Promoting Development’ forum, saying that “reunification is the right way forward, and seeking foreign support to pursue independence will lead nowhere.”

“With regard to all the talk of sanctions and isolation on China, I can say for sure that China will not be intimidated,” Le said.
