Start off slow, a couple of drops in a glass of water a day for a few days, then three for a few, then four…up to your requirement.

 

Iodine is essential, but halogens displace one another and flourine and bromine in particular accumulate by binding the iodine receptors. When sufficient iodine is repleted, then via 'halogen displacement' those other halogens get the boot and wind up in the bloodstream in excessive amounts and can cause issues, primarily psychological ones, like depression and negative ideation.

 

Get the iodine in you, just go slow if you haven't been using it before. It's a godsend for a lot of stuff you never knew was related.
