back before all this and when tribalism was prevalent, communities looked after their own and band together when roads needed fixed or homes needed built - now there's a government entity to forcibly extract it from them to enrich themselves and send to other countries rather than helping those who truly need it but apparently it's communism to help out fellow countrymen and somehow it isn't to send to foreigners.
