A question here on the Tucson thing. How will the courts consider evidence found in the search that is being conducted? The location is private property, and I assume that the people who went there do not have a search warrant. These people went there for the express purpose of conducting a search. They aren't just passers-by happening on this site. Is anything at all that these people find going to be admissible? Our constitution has clauses covering such things.
and doing stuff that will invalidate any evidence they find. Yeah, it's bad all around.
Doesn't look like any hammers I have. The head of a hammer is usually perpendicular to the handle at the joint. And the ones I've seen form a T of sorts.
