Weird way to state this. Where "children want to stay and can play". Children don't decide this, parents decide this.
This guy's subconscious is talking here. He does not see children as a part of a family unit with parents. He see's them as something independent and self sufficient, like we think of adults. (Wondering much if this is how he could justify pedo activity in his own mind)
