Pelosi Statement on May Jobs Report

San Francisco – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi issued this statement after the Department of Labor reported that workers’ wages increased just 0.3 percent in May:

“May’s jobs report shows that strong employment numbers mean little to the families hit with soaring new costs under the Republicans’ watch.

“Republicans’ cruel, cynical health care sabotage campaign is already spiking families’ premiums by double digits and pushing millions off their coverage, according to the nonpartisan CBO. Big Pharma continues to hoard the benefits of the GOP tax scam, using their handouts to further enrich executives and shareholders instead of lowering prescription drug costs for seniors and sick kids. At the same time, the President’s reckless policies are exploding gas prices, wiping out the few meager gains that some families should have received from the GOP tax scam, as wages remain stagnant.

“From day one, the White House and Republicans in Congress have sold out working and middle class families to further enrich the wealthy and big corporations shipping jobs overseas. Thanks to the massive windfall of the GOP tax scam, Wall Street and wealthy corporations are on track to spend $1 trillion on dividends and stock buybacks while simultaneously announcing tens of thousands of layoffs and shipping jobs overseas and refusing to raise workers’ wages.

“Democrats know that the American people deserve A Better Deal, with Better Jobs, Better Wages and a Better Future. We are committed to creating millions of new good-paying jobs and raising wages, lowering the soaring cost of living for families and giving every American the tools to succeed in the 21st Century economy. Democrats will never stop fighting for the hard-working middle class families who are the backbone of our nation.”

back and forth we go, never know much because we trust in others who are false prophets, my Gods its, gotten out of hand, it appears i stand alone not seeking a throne, my home lies in the Hearts of my family, can it be all a dream? it would seem many are lost in, theology and idolatry and its costing, our evolution, the solution is look within, then maybe we can begin to heal, peel back the layers of nay sayers, try answering someone elses prayers, instead of asking for more, help, i can tell we all need it, if it pleases our "ego" we go along for the ride, letting foolish pride coincide with every thought, word and action, the detraction has me saddened, i can see how it happened, thinking ourselves truly original and unique, but if you peek inward you can see how absurd of a claim it is, because none of us, are much different, i see no division because we are all made out of the same stuff, The Creator cares not if you are tough, or can convert another, a lost brother or sister, a nihllist who resists his own Spirit, but lets be clear its, not our place to forcefully displace one off their path disrupting their direction and pace, because the ace in the hole we all have is Free Will, so lets kill the argument, and stop infringing upon anothers Freedom, we've been acting stupid for too long, thinking we are strong and intelligent, while keeping our Individuality weak and irrelevant, seeking pleasures that, dont come close to the feel of something real, its time we heal and stop causing wounds, no more acting like baboons, its like watching cartoons, where they take turns hitting eachother on the head, let us break bread and spread Positive Energy and let the reverberations of vibrations be felt for a century, let hatred and biggotry be a forgotten memory, let us return to a life of simplicity, let us stop thinking we are so complex, it only complicates life and adds more stress, i guess that apple was a bad idea, cuz man wasnt ready, standing on unsteady ground with shaky legs he only found his gratification, mistaken elation for a Spiritual sensation, that can only come, when one is 1, and no longer numbs the senses, total silence beckons Total Freedom, there is a reason we talk of our bodies like a possession, the Mind is a weapon, kept in the dark till a spark from the Third Eye, the pineal gland the land i, walk upon i am quite fond of, this beautiful Earth the place of my birth, the one we cover with hurt, to polish our own identities, in an attempt to add vailidty to our existence, from hence forth report your Soul for duty, stop showing your booty, its not about being a cutie or hottie, or wanting people to think you are smart, to me Love is an art and its time to put down the crayons, feel free to pray on, for i know it can create Positive Energy if not done selfishly, as can any act, in fact i bet if we let go of those old ways of thinking, we would create a beautiful beginning, where sinning doesnt exist, and there will be no reason to raise our fists…
