This is a high level shill post.
A proper Sheriff would have contacted the citizens and addressed their concerns. Its obvious this is a stop off point. The procedure is to abate the problem to protect the community. You photograph and document. You bring in sanitation and clean and clear. You bring in road crews to cut back the under brush. You bill the land owner for the work, and warn his property can be taken if the problem continues. This is called Law Enforcement. People are on the payroll. The city is corrupt. Fuck off shill.
