Reporter: Who came up with the phrase, 'Ultra-MAGA'? Why the need to kick it up a notch? Why now use this phrase?

Psaki: It's [Biden's] phrase…what has struck him is how extreme some of the policies and proposals are that a certain wing of the republican party, that is taking up too much of the republican party, are for. And are advocating for.

Reporter: Does [Biden] feel that the demonstrations outside Justice Alito's home; are those attempts to interfere or intimidate?

Psaki: [Biden's] long-standing view has been that violence, threats, and intimidation of any kind, have no place in political discourse…What I do find is interesting…is that there are voices on the right that have called out these protests that are happening, but were remaining silent for years on protests outside the homes of school board members, Michigan Secretary of State, women seeking reproductive health-care, or even an insurrection against our Capital.

[protesting outside the home of a judge/justice is a crime]

Psaki repeatedly comparing protesting outside the homes of Supreme Court Justices [a crime] to protesting outside the homes of school board members or the Michigan Secretary of State [not illegal].

Psaki: [without more COVID funds] more Americans will die needlessly. We are going to exhaust our treatment supply, lose out to other countries on promising new treatments, lose our place in line for America to order new COVID vaccines, we will be unable to maintain our supply of COVID tests, and our effort to get help, lower-income countries get COVID vaccines into arms, will stall…we need more money.
