If they don’t think they will win the midterms they will use the abortion bill as an excuse to get rid of the filibuster so they can ram through their ‘voting rights’ bill right before the elections. That’s what it’s all about really.
You got to remember these people are desperate they are facing prison time for their corruption if they lose the majority.
