I see it as bait. Draw in all the people that support it, then show them the truth. That should wake them up.
Most mothers eventually wean a baby off the breast. You need formula for that.
Also, if a mother never breast fed or has already stopped, the milk dries up and there is no getting it back. It's not like a faucet you can turn on and off.
