We will work for a significant increase in investments to close the gender gap and strengthen support for institutions in relation to gender equality and the empowerment of women at the global, regional and national levels. All forms of discrimination and violence against women and girls will be eliminated, including through the engagement of men and boys. The systematic mainstreaming of a gender perspective in the implementation of the Agenda is crucial.

they make it sound all pretty in their words and claim to support both men and women but when you "empower women and girls" for "decision making and leadership at ALL levels" then you systematically stifle men to achieve that goal
because whether people like to admit it or not, the male is dominant and will outperform women 99% of the time
women respond to authority and the powers that be have essentially neutered the man who used to be head of the household and now the government/powers that be are that authority to which they respond to
