I 100% believe that both BC17 and EyeTheSpy are legit. Both accounts have mentioned 6/11/18 as the Big Day! BC17 mentioned way back in May. I've tried to screencap all the Q&A's from Eye so that we can archive them someday, somewhere as I think we'll learn they were valuable players.
