Over here in Australia the chinese have been buying baby formula for years and sending it to chy-na because they supposedly have a massive shortage. Australia had to bring in special laws to prevent mass buying of baby formula (because they were creating a shortage in Australia's supply).

How can Chy-Na send baby formula if they can't even supply their own people… Oh wait. I get it now, it's a pecking order thing….
