Guy spoke with shooter for over an hour the day before outside the same store

The guy in this video sounds like he was saved by God. The only day he didn't sit outside the store and talk to people was today..

The shooter was there yesterday and was wearing a Genius T-Shirt. So the guy in video talked to the guy about string theory etc….

Why would he go the day before and talk for over an hour to a black dude, but go back the next day and kill people there…
