So, anon always interpreted it as "Huber's investigation", the one he was working on. That one included the little rock stuff, methinks. Again, could be wrong, but I think it was a handoff because lots of anons were losing their shit that Huber didn't use Session's Thor's hammer to end it all back then. The crimes are just too egregious for civilian courts alone, and that's why I think the reason it was all subsumed is because Durham and Huber work working in parallel on related stuff. That's why all the "Rudy" chatter about RICO. It's going to be so massive that fed/civilian courts alone can't do the job, legally.
