It is Five Eyes, but most likely warrantless US actors acting through proxies in the UK/AUS.

The reason I say that is I watched a handoff from my location in Phoenix go through Alexandria, VA to Melbourne, Australia. If it was US with a Title 1 or 3 warrant, you don't need the proxy. But if you're doing an off book, then using another eye is the way to go.

Then again, it could just be the crown considers us potential problems and has either MI5 or ASIS catalog regular Anon's activity for scrutiny.
