Don't know about your age or overall health, but in general you want to be real careful when you break your fast. If you are relatively clean (sounds like you are if you did a couple week long fasts semi recently), you can break the fast with some fresh, juicy fruit that is in season (grapes, watermelon, etc.). Try to get something organic and buy enough to fill your belly (it won't take much). Keep eating fruit like this until you take a giant shit. That shit is going to building up over most of your fast. You got one shot at that shit… if you fuck it up by eating starches or meat before you drop a deuce, you will be missing out on your body's best opportunity to purge the junk from your system. If you are older, or not too strong, break the fast with steamed spinach… same rules apply regarding taking the big shit before other foods.
Best fasting book I have ever come across is by Arnold Ehret called Rational Fasting. The book was written about a hundred years ago, but it is LEGIT.
