In what world is 7-2 narrow?
I'm a bit shocked that Kagan and Kennedy didn't join them, or even Breyer.
I thought for sure this would be 5-4. 7-2 isn't even close.
Apparently the talking point buzzword for this 7-2 ruling is "narrow." It's everywhere.
