I just read this series of articles about a spook named Matthew VanDyke and the various "war" operations he's been involved in, including the one now in Ukraine. Apparently he's part of a group that supposedly trains the military trainers for the armed forces of other nations.

Training the trainers
The SOLI military trainers, who aim to make a “tangible difference” on the Ukrainian battlefield, have completed one two-week session for trainers from Ukraine’s territorial defense service and are now working with the National Guard in Kyiv.
This is actually an interesting group of articles about how this guy, Matthew VanDyke, has travelled to Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and Iraq with the same operation–which apparently is for domestic and foreign propaganda by the CIA and Pentagon, more that being an adviser or trainer….
The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), as one of the US government’s main “foot soldiers”, “white gloves” and “democracy crusaders”, has subverted lawful governments and cultivated pro-US puppet forces around the world under the pretext of promoting democracy. Its disgraceful record has aroused strong discontent in the international community.
My read is this is a propaganda psyop than anything else, otherwise these guys will have trouble teaching foreign soldiers how to ram shotgun shells into their AR-15's.
