Biden lawyers convening to discuss resignation momentarily. Will continue to post information as I get it. Everyone is preparing dinner orders. Will be meeting well into dusk.
Meeting is beginning. They have no idea I’m posting here. They think I’m simply taking notes.
Discussion of multi-state lawsuits regarding the election is the current topic. Usual suspects currently being mentioned…PA and GA being two.
Updating as soon as I can.
Currently election lawsuits. A lot is being said about not having the resources to fight against “over 30 state’s.” Trying my best to update.
Biden/Harris ticket is what the entire discussion is currently about. Should’ve clarified that both were under the resignation. Apologies.
Everyone is ordering Carmine’s for dinner.
Media is being discussed. They’re aware of 2,000 Mules. They’re unsure if they should direct a legal stance against the video.
Had some calls that needed answering. Discussion is still on state elections.
Everyone seems to agree that it is futile to fight against almost three dozen states. The main issue is personnel. Not enough to combat multiple lawsuits. Only a few states’ successful suits would make the election null.
Appreciate it. I brought a salad from home today. I didn’t get an offer to order anyways. I just take notes.
The current topic is about preserving Biden’s legacy. It’s “our job” to navigate his resignation through an approved narrative. Top brass doesn’t want the resignation to be about the election or Ukraine. Keeping tight, making a coffee run. Back soon.
A bit of an IT problem. Conference call hub lost connection. Back with burnt coffee.
Seems that the topic of Elon’s Twitter fiasco is currently the conversation. Nothing related to the meeting. Small talk mostly. Waiting for the call to come back online. Jokes about twitter’s users being robots.
Call hub back. Topic switching to Ukraine. Dinner is expected to arrive in 45 minutes.
The main issue seems that his resignation needs to avoid any topic relating towards “perceived”corruption. Don’t want to label either the election or Ukraine as reasons.
Durham is being talked about. The concern is that the trial might highlight Biden’s involvement with Obama during 2016 election with the Clinton Campaign.
I wasn’t invited to order anything. I’m not important enough to get asked what I want. I just take notes and make coffee. It’s fine, I have a part of a salad from lunch. I guess it’s on the tax payer’s dime so I don’t feel too bad about not being offered anything.
It’s been agreed that the resignation must occur before Durham’s trial finishes so they can keep the narrative “clean.” Biden’s health is looking to be the main point of discussion. There’s an argument that resigning due to health issues would put previous decisions made by Biden under legal scrutiny. It would “affect his legacy.”
His past health concerns might effect the decision. There’s some laughter over how his rambling when he talks might curb the ability to capitalize his health as a potential reason.
Thanks for the concern. No, I didn’t order for them. They ordered online. It’s $370 bucks for half a dozen people, not including me. Yeah, it does hurt a bit to not get invited but it’s technically the taxpayer’s money so I’m not angry.
Topic back on the election.
Can’t use health as a reason or previous decisions might come under scrutiny. Can’t use Ukraine because it would tarnish his “legacy.”
Point made that if Harris tries to intervene, the decision to resign would be done immediately and forego the circumstance.
It’s starting to look like the election might very well have to be the reason used. It’s getting pretty loud between everyone I have to actually type notes. Be back ASAP.
Dinner has arrived downstairs. I have to go get it for everyone.
