>WaPo points to early tweets by journalist Jack Posobiec
>Sussmann's claim that Joffe didn't benefit by Sussmann taking intel to FBI doesn't hold water b/c Joffe also had Sussmann take intel to CIA & DOJ IG
Wait, is this article claiming Sussman took his Alfa bank bullshit to Horowitz?
>The Durham shit is going to collapse faster than a lawn chair under his fat hobo Santa lookin' ass.
Yeah, it might. Sussmann claims there are exculpatory documents that Durham didn't provide to him on time. Durham's says he didn't get the documents from the OIG, who had them, which is why he didn't provide them to Sussmann. It's complicated as fuck, here's a website that tried to explain it:
https://www.emptywheel.net/2022/05/11/thirty-months-after-disputing-michael-horowitz-durhams-team-suggests-theyve-never-looked-at-the-evidence/
It looks like Horowitz is one of Durham's witnesses. that should be interesting.
>Prosecutors are also expected to call Baker, former Perkins Coie attorney Marc Elias and Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz as witnesses during the trial
https://www.courthousenews.com/feds-tell-jury-democrat-backed-lawyer-michael-sussmann-used-fbi-as-a-political-pawn/
This whole case is a cluster fuck for the average juror. I think Durham is going to have a hard time of it.
Is that because of the new voter ID law?
