The State of Pennsylvania took all Election results off their website today. Nothing to see here.

I see them taking their data down as proof they were using mules to vote for McCormick.
I'm not sure at this point. A number of contributing causes possibly. If you can fix voting machines over the internet you can un-fix voting machines over the internet. Oz won in Election Day voting (no mail in ballots) by over 14,000 votes.
