Obama Judge Denies Request by Prosecutors to Remove Juror from Panel Because Her Daughter and Sussmann’s Daughter Are on Same Crew Team

The DC courts are beyond repair after 8 years of the Obama Administration.

On Monday, Christopher Cooper, the Obama-appointed federal judge assigned to the trial for Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Michael Sussmann, allowed Hillary Clinton and AOC donors into the jury pool.

On Thursday, Judge Cooper denied a request by prosecutors to remove a juror from the panel because her daughter and Sussmann’s daughter are on the same crew team.

Sussmann was indicted last September for lying to the FBI.

According to the indictment, Sussmann falsely told James Baker he wasn’t doing work “for any client” when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Kremlin-tied Alfa Bank.

Judge Cooper has tilted the case in Sussmann’s favor since the beginning.

Last month Judge Cooper denied Durham’s request to use Hillary Clinton’s tweet in Sussmann’s trial.

Hillary Clinton fired off a tweet claiming Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Russian Alfa Bank.

The defamatory tweet is still on Twitter.

Judge Christopher Cooper is totally conflicted as well.

It is worth remembering that Judge Christopher Cooper is married to Amy Jeffries, Lisa Page’s lawyer.

Additionally, Judge Cooper and Michael Sussmann both worked in the DOJ together. When he was selected as judge in the Sussmann trial, Cooper revealed the potential conflict of interest in the event the Durham prosecution wanted him to recuse himself from the case. Special Prosecutor John Durham did not ask Judge Cooper to recuse himself.

The Daily Mail reported on Hunter Biden-connected firm, Blue Star Strategies.

The Justice Department has closed a probe into a public affairs firm that did work on behalf of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma which had Hunter Biden serving in a lucrative post on its board of directors, according to a new report.

The firm, Blue Star Strategies, was not found to have committed wrongdoing, the Washington Post reported.

However it did submit a filing that acknowledged it had done work on behalf of Burisma and owner Mykola Zlochevsky back in 2015 and 2016, although its earlier forms did not report it.

This is today’s justice system. All Americans know that the Justice System Barack Obama created is corrupt and biased. This is a great example.

President Trump’s confidants Paul Manafort and General Mike Flynn were indicted on FARA violations.

The DOJ indicted General Flynn on some flimsy FARA violation and then used his son as a weapon to get the General to cooperate. Flynn was a target by the corrupt Obama Administration because he knew their crimes and they knew it. Ultimately the corrupt DOJ used FARA to indict him. It was all BS

Paul Manafort’s case was similar. It was an attempt to punish individuals for being close to President Trump and to attempt to unseat the President from office, the corrupt DOJ went after Manafort. Manafort worked for the Obama and Clinton-related corrupt Podesta brothers in Ukraine of all places. The Podestas were ignored but Manafort was prosecuted.

Ongoing Surrender "On Far Bigger Scale Than Kyiv Has Acknowledged" At Azovstal

Russia's defense ministry has now revised the numbers of Ukrainian fighters to have emerged from the besieged Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol upward to more than 1,700 soldiers that have left the plant. A new Reuters headline has stressed that there's ongoing "silence from Kyiv" as the surrender is on a much larger than expected scale:

Moscow said on Thursday that 1,730 Ukrainian fighters had surrendered in Mariupol over three days, including 771 in the past 24 hours, claiming a surrender on a far bigger scale than Kyiv has acknowledged since ordering its garrison to stand down.

Statements from early in the week by Ukrainian officials, including President Zelensky, attempted to downplay this as "surrender" - avoiding the word altogether and instead stressing the end of the "combat mission" and that its Azov fighters were "evacuated".

Russian-backed separatists in control of the area, Denis Pushilin, has recently said many of Azov's top commanders still remain inside the huge, cavernous steelworks facility.

Reuters observes, "The ultimate outcome of Europe’s bloodiest battle for decades remained publicly unresolved, with no confirmation of the fate of the hundreds of Ukrainian troops who had held out in a vast steelworks at the end of a near three-month siege."

"Ukraine, which says it aims to secure a prisoner swap, has declined to say how many were inside the plant or comment on the fate of the rest, since confirming that just over 250 had surrendered in the initial hours after it ordered them to yield," the report added.

"This information allows the ICRC to track those who have been captured and help them keep in touch with their families," it added. "In accordance with the mandate given to the ICRC by States under the 1949 Geneva Conventions, the ICRC must have immediate access to all POWs in all places where they are held."

Politico recently reported that the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the leading dark money machine of the Left, had pumped $410 million into Dem 2020 efforts to defeat Trump and Republicans.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund had raised a record $390 million that year and half the money came from just 4 donors. While the names of the donors are secret, the article did note the names of three major known STF backers: Pierre Omidyar, Hansjörg Wyss, and George Soros.

Aside from their support for leftist causes, the three billionaires have another thing in common.

Hansjörg Wyss, the richest man in Switzerland, may not even be a United States citizen. The article notes that his $135 million in STF dark money donations were "earmarked for non-electoral purposes".

George Soros illegally immigrated to the United States in the 1950s. Aside from his history of Nazi collaboration which should have barred his entry and made him deportable, an account states that his visa was based on a false affidavit filed on his behalf.

His Open Society Foundations have invested an estimated $17 million into STF in 2020.

Pierre Omidyar, an Iranian immigrant, currently the richest man in Hawaii, is a Big Tech billionaire born to wealthy foreign students in Paris, who brought him here as a child. His mother, a Berkeley academic, heads a pro-Iran group financed by her son’s fortune.

Omidyar injected an estimated $45 million into an STF fund.

There is something remarkably striking about three foreign billionaires, two of whom have been accused of immoral atrocities, funding the dark money machine behind leftist politics.

Together the three men account for nearly $200 million in outlay just to STF.
