Democrats need foreign assistance to stay in power because they are losing. Like how ancient peoples hunted the Mammoth, sort of like a bull fight, bleed the massive beast with little cuts here and there, slowly losing energy and life until it succumbs to exhaustion and falls prey. Panic.
