>>16301946 5th circuit court has ruled that the SEC is unconstitutional (from notables)
I need some lawfags to confirm the hugeness of this decision by the court, the funny part is the Petitioner's company name that pleaded with the court, isPatriot28kek
I've gone through the 1st 9 pages of the 54 page document, but what I've understood thus far:
–the SEC cannot financially penalize anyone without a jury trial (Seventh Amendment)
–and Congress unconstitutionally legislative power and failed to provide intelligible principles, therefore violations a number of articles of the Constitution.
But there is more than that. Anon would welcome any lawfags opinions on this.
I'm posting 9 pages of what I've read and highlighted (two batches), but this is huge in that anyone ever fined by the SEC were denied their rights of jury trial and since the SEC is not an agency to try by jury, this will open up a fucking big can of worms.
If any anons are on twitter, someone shouldsend the information of the document to Elon, as he is has been and will be penalized by the SEC in the past and going into the future
Pages 1-5 attached, 6-9 coming up
