Baker said he’s 100% sure Sussmann said he wasn’t there on behalf of any client.
Why is that such a “bombshell”?
How does it “destroy” Sussmann’s defense?
We literally have a text message of Sussmann saying as much.
I’m sharpshooting a bit.
Sussmann’s defense team already sank him with their opening statement.
They said, (paraphrasing) “The FBI should have known he was representing a client”. But again, we have the text. The matter of whether Sussmann lied to the FBI or not is obvious.
Guilty.
Case closed.
So I just don’t get why people are cumming in their pants over Baker’s testimony.
