Missile strikes have killed at least 3 people and started a fire at the Damascus airport, Syrian Defence Ministry says

At least three people have been killed at the Damascus international airport on Friday, in what the Syrian government said was a missile attack from Israel. Two flights were delayed as a result of a fire at the airport. Israeli media reported that the strikes targeted Syrian and Iranian military objectives.

Syrian air defenses intercepted multiple “hostile targets” in the skies over Damascus late on Friday, but some missiles got through to cause casualties and start a fire at the airport, according to the Syrian Defense Ministry.

Explosions could also be heard along the coast and in the city of Tartus, which hosts a Russian naval base in Syria.

Friday’s attack targeted pro-Iranian militias operating in Syria, according to the Israeli outlet Ynet. Israeli government has not officially commented on the reports so far.

On the rare occasion Tel Aviv has admitted carrying out attacks inside Syria, the Israeli government says it has the right to preemptive self-defense against Iran. Tehran has sent military aid to Damascus against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) and other terrorist groups.

Last month, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah warned Israel that if such strikes continue, Iran might “attack Israel directly,” citing the March missile strike against a suspected Israeli base of operations in the northern Iraqi city of Erbil.

WHO Wants to Censor Infodemic “misinformation” with Pandemic Treaty — 132 Member States Promise to Assist

Under the guise of “Community protection,” the WHO writes, “Infodemic of COVID-19 misinformation – often combined with ineffective and inconsistent risk communication and public health messaging – eroded public trust in public health authorities and science and undermined the effectiveness of public health and social measures and the demand for countermeasures such as vaccines.”

“… New techniques for infodemic management can counteract some of the corrosive effects of misinformation on public trust in science and authorities, but enduring trust and resilience must be built through effective engagement with communities before, during, and after health emergencies.”

According to the WHO, national governments should receive support to “coordinate risk communication and infodemic management policies and strategies that ensure health and wellbeing at all times” to build “misinformation” resilience.

The WHO further states that public health institutes should work with “influential private companies” to communicate the risk of misinformation and that social media should “develop infodemic management and community engagement tools.”

In other words, the WHO expects social media companies to continue doing what they’ve done throughout the pandemic: censor people and media organizations who go against the mainstream narrative.

But what’s an infodemic?

According to the WHO’s website, “An infodemic is too much information including false or misleading information in digital and physical environments during a disease outbreak. It causes confusion and risk-taking behaviours that can harm health.”

The WHO has further condemned infodemics for supposedly fomenting “conflict, violence, human rights violations and mass atrocities.” These are pretty serious assertions. Clearly, something must be done.

To this end, 132 Member States have signed a cross-regional statement to increase “societal resistance to disinformation” caused by infodemics.

As per the statement, “… We call on everybody to immediately cease spreading misinformation and to observe UN recommendations to tackle this issue, including the United Nations Guidance Note on Addressing and Countering COVID-19 related Hate Speech (11 May 2020).”

The statement continues, saying that the Member States should change their policies to align with the United Nation’s policies.

Covid-19 didn’t just bring disease, economic destruction, crippling supply chain issues, human rights violations, the experimental vaccine, and death when the genetically modified virus ‘escaped’ the Wuhan Institute of Virology in 2019 – it also brought along opportunity of the most sinister nature – unprecedented power was up for grabs.

Seeing how everything has played out, it’s no wonder that the globalist-aligned World Health Organization now wants to solidify its status as the preeminent authority that controls public health measures for countries across the globe – think what happened during the pandemic, but, this time, lockdowns and restrictions would be controlled by an all-powerful global governance board any time a pandemic is declared by the WHO.

What’s more, the WHO would be given the authority to decide for itself whether or not an issue is classified as a pandemic. And, as we have seen over the past two years, just about anything qualifies as an ‘existential threat to public health’ including, but not limited to: misinformation, parents protesting at school boards, free speech, and – of course – racism. The fact that the WHO will have unrestricted authority to decide these measures should terrify every American.

By the end of next week the authoritarian ‘public health’ arm of the New World Order will likely be fully operational. But how did we get here?

Well, it all started back in January when the America-last Biden regime submitted a series of proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) – a ‘legally binding instrument of international law which is enforceable in all 196 WHO member countries – that would grant the WHO unprecedented authority to control public health measures in the event a pandemic is declared by the international organization.

The Biden administration’s amendments, plus those from several other countries, will be combined to create the new ‘Global Pandemic Treaty,’ which will be unveiled later this week.

In anticipation of the treaty going into effect, Tucker Carlson discussed its dystopian implications on Thursday and sounded the alarm about what we are in store for if it is implemented.

According to Carlson, the treaty demands a “whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach to prepare for a pandemic,” which, he says, all but ensures there will “not be a moment ever” when the WHO doesn’t have “operational control of public health measures” in the US.

Talk about a dystopian nightmare.

America LAST: US Senate REJECTS $48 Billion Aid Package For Small Businesses and Restaurants Just Hours After Approving ANOTHER $40 Billion for Ukraine – 34 RINOs Voted Yes for Ukraine and No for Americans

On Thursday – just hours after approving another $40 billion in US taxpayer dollars for Ukraine – the US Senate blocked a bipartisan $48 billion aid package for restaurants, gyms, and other small businesses that have been struggling in Biden’s post-lockdown economy.

Presumably, they can’t launder that money as easily as shuffling it off to Ukraine, so American business owners get the shaft yet again from its traitorous elected officials.

In other words, just another day in the DC Swamp…

Needing 60 votes to move forward, the Senators killed the package with a 52-43 vote. Five Senators refrained from casting a vote at all, and just five GOP senators voted for the motion to proceed.

Odd… considering there were a whopping 39 of these so-called ‘Republicans’ who voted for the $40 billion Ukraine aid package.

Absolutely inexcusable.

Here are the RINO scumbags who rejected the aid package for Americans, yet sided with Democrats on the additional $40 billion for Ukraine.
