Two GOP senators urge President Biden to yank the US out of the 'corrupt and inept' World Health Organization

Republican Sens. Steve Daines of Montana and Tom Cotton of Arkansas are calling upon President Joe Biden to pull the U.S. out of the World Health Organization.

"We urge you to not only rescind your administration’s proposed January 18, 2022, amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), but also to withdraw the United States from this corrupt and inept international organization," the Republicans wrote in a letter to the president that has been posted by Fox News.

"The WHO has demonstrated an abysmal lack of competence throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which has destroyed the organization’s credibility and undermined the public’s confidence in it," they declared. "The WHO severely mismanaged the pandemic, failed to get public health information to the world, and willingly promoted misinformation that helped Communist China cover up its responsibility for a global pandemic."

Many conservatives would likely support the idea of having the U.S. withdraw from the WHO, but it seems very unlikely that the Biden administration would ever make such a move.

While the Trump administration had planned on pulling America out of the WHO in 2021, the Biden administration reversed course.

"This letter constitutes a retraction by the Government of the United States of the letter dated July 6, 2020, notifying you that the Government of the United States intended to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO), effective July 6, 2021. The United States intends to remain a member of the World Health Organization," Biden noted in a letter to United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.

"The WHO plays a crucial role in the world’s fight against the deadly COVID-19 pandemic as well as countless other threats to global health and health security. The United States will continue to be a full participant and a global leader in confronting such threats and advancing global health and health security," Biden's letter stated.

Co-Founder Of Virginia Parent Org Alleges Facebook Flagged ‘Raising Boys’ Meme To ‘Erase Gender Stereotypes’

The co-founder of a Virginia-based concerned parent organization is allegedly barred from posting on Facebook for three days after reposting a meme about raising young boys, according to a review conducted by the Daily Caller.

Erin Roselle Poe is the co-founder and Vice President of “Army of Parents,” a concerned parent organization designed to fight woke indoctrination in Loudoun County Public Schools. Roselle Poe told the Daily Caller that she posted a meme about raising young boys last year.

The meme reads, “Raising boys is not for the faint hearted.” Six pictures are featured, including young boys climbing fences, sitting in mud, and jumping into a lake.

Roselle Poe told the Daily Caller that the meme popped up as a memory on her Facebook timeline and she reshared it. Facebook allegedly barred the mother from using her Facebook account for at least three days beginning on May 18, according to a warning message from the social media giant.

“This temporary block will last 3 days, and you won’t be able to post on Facebook until it’s finished. If you post something that goes against our standards again, your account will be blocked for 7 days. For violations after that, your account will be blocked even longer,” the Facebook response reads.

“Please keep in mind that people who repeatedly post things that aren’t allowed on Facebook may have their accounts permanently disabled,” the response continues.

Roselle Poe was allegedly blocked from taking part in groups for 45 hours as well, according to a Facebook message. The social media company allegedly revoked her privileges because “multiple posts from the last year didn’t follow [Facebook’s] standards.”

The Democrats are increasingly desperate as the return of Donald Trump becomes more likely each week.

Trump sensed the people were dissatisfied with the bipartisan Swamp, and he ran as strenuously against the Bushes and McCain and Romney in 2016 as he did against the Clintons and Obamas.

The anti-Trumpers of both parties, in the most legally questionable presidential election in U.S. history, eased Trump out in 2020 with the aid of 4.8 million harvested ballots, 95 percent of the national political media, and 70 percent of the campaign money, to bring in (unintentionally, one assumes, although there was plenty of warning) the most incompetent regime in the country’s history.

In 2020, the Washington establishment demonstrated the accuracy of Trump’s claims of how corrupt and unscrupulous it was, and Biden has demonstrated that it’s even more incompetent at government than Trump alleged.

The Swamp must be drained, and distasteful though he might be in some ways, probably no one less formidable in his egocentricity and demagogic talents than Trump could drain the Swamp. The Republicans between Reagan and Trump were all inducted into it themselves, and the Republican “Never-Trumpers” are as fierce in their animosity toward the former president as toward the Democrats, and as the Democrats are toward Trump. Only Trump can finish the job.

This is why the latest anti-Trump wheeze is to send Biden and Trump out to pasture together, as if it were an even trade: The Democrats get rid of their two biggest problems, and the Republicans return to being doormats, awarded the White House and the speaker’s chair at times as long as they don’t interrupt the majestic slide into the Democratic socialist paradise (with a permanent free tax-lunch for their rich friends in Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and Hollywood).

Biden is irrelevant and Trump has the stamina of a 40-year-old; the call for joint retirement is bunk on all counts.

Scott Morrison responds to United Australia Party hecklers saying ‘you’re making stuff up’

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has responded to heckles of “keep our bodies away from the WHO” from United Australia Party supporters in the Victorian seat of McEwen.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has challenged United Australia Party hecklers at a polling booth in the Victorian Labor-held seat of McEwen.

Mr Morrison was handing out how-to-vote cards with Liberal candidate Richard Welch at Laurimar Primary School when conspiracy theories about the World Health Organisation were heard.

The United Australia Party supporters were shouting at Mr Morrison urging him “not to sign the WHO pandemic treaty”.

“Keep our bodies away from the WHO,” one UAP supporter was heard saying.

Mr Morrison snapped back: “We’re not”.

“That’s a complete lie,” he said.

“You’re just making stuff up.”

A Greens supporter also took aim at the Prime Minister noting there are some who are still without homes following the devastating 2020 bushfire season.

Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party was caught sending fake text messages about the WHO to voters on the eve of the election.

“Australia transferring all AU hospital & health to World Health (Organisation) immediately. Stop them. Vote 1 United Australia Party,” the texts read.

The text messages follow several full-page print ads with similar sentiments earlier in the week which declared: “All our health assets and hospitals to the Chinese-controlled WHO”.

The United Australia Party messages and comments refer to calls from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and other world leaders for a pandemic treaty and changes to the WHO regulations proposed by the United States.

The WHO changes and treaty would allow for greater information sharing in the event of an event an outbreak or pandemic.

No treaty or agreement would allow for the WHO to override the government’s power over the health system and Mr Morrison has strongly denied any claims the treaty would give the WHO extra power in Australia.
