at the highest levels, how do security clearances get issued? wouldn't the issuing body/reviewer need to know the content to which the security level to be given was at?
In martial arts, as example, you are tested/screened to and through a higher level rank by an individual or collective who are at or above that rank.
So do algorithms process security clearance ratings, AI, or people? And if people, how would they know what they were clearing the applicant for, if they were any less of a security clearance rank?
Fed contractors like Gates, Bezos, Musk, Theil, Cook, Ellison, etc would all have clearances related to DOD databases, Cloud services, AI, logistic, nanotech, and satellite tech etc…
Supposedly Q clearance at DOE is a top level as well. So too would be the head of the USPTO. Who, what group, or system arrives at the decision as to who can be cleared to what, and wouldn't they necessarily also have to know what the 'what' is?
