Yes. "Free to be you and me" in the 1970s. As a parent with young children, we were asked "what does wife do?" She's a mother. "no, what does she do?" Wife had a college degree but stayed home with kids when they were young and it was the best decision ever. I wouldn't change a thing.

Yes. For many it's not a choice but husband and wife need to be a team and make some sacrifices if possible.. wean off the typical american life. We sold eveyrthing un-useful and fled the city. Started over. Whatever we "lost" we have gained so much more in happiness and knowledge.. best thing we ever did. Not without sacrifices though, but you get used to it.
