Neither of us have family (children) so it will go to perhaps someone else in family if they want it. Im sure as hell begins to break loose in the country everyone we know will want to live back in the woods with us. Damn shame they arent getting the chance.
The value of the farm is pretty much on par, what we paid for it was peanuts, was a mortgage taken on a paid off farm. Woman didnt pay the loan back so bank sold it. We bid $4 over due amount of 58K and we got it. No one else bid on it. No one else apparently seen the ad in the paper.
As it is almost 7am here in ky im headed out to work on this beautiful place. Have a lot to get done before a long 2 week trip starts tomorrow.
