the average place to rent in florida means a person has to make at least 90k a year

it's insane

been wanting to move back but unless you got a high paying job lined up, it's impossible

the hoops to go through in order to buy a house or even qualify for rent to own is ridiculous

if i had the money to buy outright that'd be a different story

they're purposely making it increasingly difficult for lower class to live and are pushing the middle class down to the lower class

sounds like a good setup

i restore cars to flip for myself so that'd be an ideal scenario rather than living in an urban area and wouldn't want a 3 hour round trip to get necessities

will look into it

that's the part that sucks, they want work history, current job, rights to your first born, no pets, etc

which if you work for yourself and haven't done "the correct paperwork" with you know who then you're like a ghost

if im going to buy a house then im going to do what i want with it

yea they're good investments either for resell or to keep in the family to pass down to the next generation

as long as it doesn't go back to the banks or state because they sure don't need it

if i knew i was on my out later down the road in the same situation, i'd probably just give it to some family, related or not, in need
