If someone truly cannot afford tuition to send their kids to a privately run school, they can apply for assistance.
Private Schools do a better job of educating children for less than half of the amount of what Public Schools spend.
We only hear about the expensive Private Schools, but there are many small private schools that operate on a small budget.

Then I went to a Homeschool Convention and Homeschooled him from 4th Grade thru H.S.
