How we label the differences is how we use language. We use language to communicate thoughts and ideas.
If we were going to describe each of these women without using a racial identifier, what words would we use. We come up with words to make our lives easier. We say the word "cake" instead of saying: a baked item made of flour, sugar, and eggs, and baking soda that we put into the oven and bake for about 40 minutes until it rises and becomes spongy.
As opposed to a donut, which we could list the ingredients and explain the cooking process, or we could just say the word "donut" and everyone knows what the fuck we're talking about.
