Archbishop Vigano mentioned in his May 21 letter that ceding authority is a crime of high treason in the laws of all nations.
What if the president participates in ceding authority? Can a president be arrested for treason? Or does the president remain immune to prosecution? Certainly, any other delegate would not be immune, though. Who would do the arresting?

Speaking of water scarcity…..
A Christian charity was looking into putting in wells on Native American reservations. They got to the permitting step on a project for the Navajos and found out that the reservation did not have any water rights.
This is something we should address after the immediate acute issues are dealt with.
Seriously, these people should be able to put in water wells on reservation land.
