Priest accused of abuse.

Rev. Michael Guidry 75, pastor of St. Peter Church in Morrow and Resurrection Chapel in Whiteville, has been placed on paid administrative leave, Bishop Douglas Deshotel of the Diocese of Lafayette told reporters Monday. Guidry will remain on leave pending investigations by the church and St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
